I am a seller. How will I sell my products through OUR-WV.com?
To be able to sell your products through OUR-WV.com you need to register your store with the site as a Seller. A PayPal account is required to register.

What does it cost to open a store on OUR-WV.com? are there any charges?
(OUR-WV.COM is currently waiving the store rental fees, until there are 50 stores, excluding food stores) OUR-WV.com charges $10.00/month for your storefront (website). A 7.5% commission for each sale is deducted before sending the proceeds to your PayPal account. The commission is applied only when a sale is complete. Store rental may be paid by the Month or Yearly. Your PayPal account is used both for payments and revenue. For these fees OUR-WV.com does extensive marketing to draw customers to your store and provides you with a secure and easy to use website for selling your West Virginia Handmade products.

Can I ship items from the same order separately?
Yes. You can ship items separately. You should inform the customer that you are shipping the order in more than one shipment.

What if some of my items don't fit in any of the categories listed?
If your products don't fit into any of the existing categories on the site, you can request that the administrator create a categories for you. If the category is relevant, the administrator will add it to the site.

Do I need to pay to register with the site as a seller?
Sellers can register for a one time free trial subscription. You will then have a 30 day free trial, after that there is a monthly subscription cost of $10.00. After registering you will receive approval from the web administrator within a couple of days.

What is OUR-WV.com's policy about posting my website?
OUR-WV.COM will permit you to post your website link if there is no e-commerce on your site. You may also post your physical location in your profile if you would like to attract walk-in customers. However, because OUR-WV.COM is a collective marketplace of local West Virginia sellers and is actively marketing you through OUR-WV.COM’s marketing plan, please honor the 7.5% commission on sales that do not proceed through the website but are in good faith generated by OUR-WV.COM’s collective marketing of your shop. These payments are really voluntary but will help the overall marketing of you and other sellers. See the "Terms and Conditions" section for the method of payment in these circumstances.
